Personal Training for Male Clientele
My background as a professional Athlete and Fitness Competitor has laid the foundations for me to be confident to work with men, women and children to achieve their goals. For the client pictured below his goal at the time was to lose fat, build muscle and compete in a Fitness competition, however goals change over time and he has since lost 15 kg under my guidance as we now focus on Cardio based HIIT workouts, lighter weights, body weight work, and increasing flexibility. In fact most of the male clients I train want to increase fitness, maintain or build muscle whilst leaning down and dropping fat.
Personal Training for Female Clientele
Many of my female clients want to lose weight, stay lean and enjoy maintaining a slim frame, which is also true in my own case and that is why I tend to compete in the Bikini Fitness category and I also stick to a variety of HIIT, endurance and weight training. My training for women often differs from my male clients for this very reason and thus each PT session takes into account current body measurements, fitness and weight loss goals. I also look at the nutritional requirements that will get them to their goal safely and most effectively, whilst considering each persons lifestyle.
